This is how it went down....
Sophia comes into our sleepy room...and in a clear and sweet voice....,"Mama...can I bring the broom upstairs....?!" I say...," No it doesn't need to come upstairs....."...half asleep...I ask..."Why do you need the broom?!"...and she innocently replies," To sweep up my hair.".....I say..."WHAT!?".....Kent said..later...that he heard it all...he counted down from 5....4.....and on 3...I jumped out of bed so fast......grabbing her head...taking a look...a HARD look...and damn it...excuse my delicate language...where are my flip flappin' glasses.....found my red spectacles...reached for her head again.....and Sophia sensing my panic...yes PANIC....her lower lip starts quivering...and she is getting a lil' worked up...I went..um..ran to her room...and looked at her neat lil' pile of hair on her ballerina mat....so tidy...in a pile ...ready to be swept up...like a good girl cleaning her mess after she is done....oh Soph...the curls...the sweet baby curls...every straight haired girls dream...your curls......oh sweet baby..."It's okay...lil' one...it'll grow back.''......instant tears.......from mama.....and Soph....*blah* *BLAH* some more...oh well what do you do...find the freakin' humor in it...and on cue...Kent-0 yells from the bedroom...."Take a Picture!" ....that is what a TRUE blogger would do...so I send Sophia into the room to get the million doller camera...and so here it is...our morning...
Thank you so much STACEY..you saved lil' Sophia's pride and joy...and gave me a SMASHING wedge...so it turned out to be an alright day!

Okay...Sophia definitely got my heart rate up this morning....usually boot camp and a million squats do that...but this morning...my bebe' gull did it....my sweet lil' hair master in training!
