A note from our Pastor:Hello everyone! Today we finished our last day of work and ministry in the Balagot community. It's hard to believe that we've already been working a week here. We've moved the majority of six dumptruck loads of dirt and have set a good foundation for the children's park to be built in the next weeks. This afternoon we put on a children's program for the Balagot community kids. We had over 130 in attendance plus adults. We got to sing, to play games, learn scripture, and hear from God's word together. We also gave the children the opportunity to accept Christ. Pray with us that they will attend church, pray, read scripture, and grow in their new faith! Tonight there was an evangelistic film showing for the community. We sat among our new friends and watched a movie in Tagalog. It was tremendous that these strangers have become our friends. We pray that through our words, attitudes, and actions we have pointed them to Jesus Christ. Thankfully we have a tremendous Filipino believers who can continue the work God invited us to participate in this week. Tomorrow we will tour Manila and Saturday morning we return home!
