A dear friend stopped by this afternoon and surprised Kai and I....
Richard (and Sueeeeeeeeee) couldn't make it to Kai's birthday party...and we have been all over the island being busy bees.... so we were HAPPY for the surprise visit!
Kai was excited that Richard bought a gift.....and of course they had to try out the new contraptions...
Richard came into DODDS the same year we did....August of 2001....and Kent and Richard both taught 5th grade for a few years........then Kent got the P.E. position...Richard moved to Italy......yaddah yaddah....and finally Richard made his way back to "The Rock" a married man!
Richard knew Kent and I before we had kids...and knew Kai as an infant...so we have some history together....and BOTH Kai and Sophia light up when they see him....
Gotta Love Richard and Sueeeeeeeeeeeeee!
